And thus ends a glorious run for the Eagles. Hard to come any closer, and against what I thought was a superior team, too. The city of Philadelphia and the Eagles organization have a lot to be proud of, and I will have no shame in wearing my Eagles paraphenalia.

So in preparation for next season, GO EAGLES!!!

"Colour out of Space" is indeed one of his better ones; the less he explains, the more intense his stories get. I read it only once, but I remember it left me with a really icky feeling.

I like his dreamland stories a lot. Sort of homage he wrote under the impression of Lord Dunsany: early fantasy, almost romantic (except for the usual absence of women in his writing ;-))
